About the Book:
Secrets. Scandals. ESP. A terrific and sexy new novel about a group of Tribeca teens from Sarah Mlynowski that will immediately appeal to fans of realistic fiction as well as readers who enjoy a little magic.
We weren't always like this. We used to be average New York City high school sophomores. Until our homeroom went for flu shots. We were prepared for some side effects. Maybe a headache. Maybe a sore arm. We definitely didn't expect to get telepathic powers. But suddenly we could hear what everyone was thinking. Our friends. Our parents. Our crushes. Now we all know that Tess is in love with her best friend, Teddy. That Mackenzie cheated on Cooper. That, um, Nurse Carmichael used to be a stripper.

Since we've kept our freakish skill a secret, we can sit next to the class brainiac and ace our tests. We can dump our boyfriends right before they dump us. We know what our friends really think of our jeans, our breath, our new bangs. We always know what's coming. Some of us will thrive. Some of us will crack. None of us will ever be the same.

So stop obsessing about your ex. We're always listening.

My Review:
This book sounded so interesting that I just had to read it and I'm glad I did. I tried to go in with an open mind, because I figured that maybe every base wouldn't be covered as far as being able to hear everyone's thoughts. But, well, once this group of students start hearing thoughts you get to find out what's going on in everyone's head, and I do mean everyone
I'm just going to go right out and say that I was worried this book would be an absolute mess. After all, with as many main characters as Don't Even Think About It has, you'd think that only a few could be well developed, well written characters. But, Sarah Mlynowski hit the ball out of the park with this one. I knew everyone's back story and it all just seemed to really flow together perfectly. I felt that the entire plot(although unlikely, of course) was very believable in the way it was delivered. Most of all though, I felt like I had gone completely insane having never read anything by Sarah Mlynowski before. I definitely need to rectify that!
Anyways, overall, I highly recommend you give this book a read because I'm positive you won't be disappointed!
*Although I received this book for review from the publisher via Netgalley, this in no way affected my opinion or review*
